We value our customers at the Artistic Wanderer. That is why you can find all relevant details here in case you need assistance from us.

1. Who We Are. The Artistic Wanderer is a candle-making business based in East Sussex, UK with a registered office in London, WC2.

​

2. Contact Us. You can contact us via email: info@theartisticwanderer.co.uk and via WhatsApp messaging: 0044 7442 830634.

3a. Your Order. If you placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation with 2 hours from ordering. Please expect the order to be processed within 3 - 5 business days. At certain times of the year, the process time could be longer (e.g. Christmas and public holidays). Bespoke and made to order items will not be subject to our normal processing times. Shipping varies depending on location. UK Delivery starts at £2.95.​

3b. Bespoke and Made to Order Items.  When you contact to place your bespoke or made to order items we will confirm with you the processing time. If you are ordering occasion favours we will confirm with you when your event is. We will not accept your order if we are unable to process your order in time for your event.

4. Returns. If you have changed your mind please contact us within 28 days from the receipt of your order, to arrange a return. Returns are chargeable from £2.95 per return dependent on location. We will confirm the cost to you when you contact usTo be eligible for a return the products must not have been used, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note the following exclusions to our return policy: 

- Any bespoke or made to order items are strictly non-refundable unless we are found to have made an error with your order. In the event we have made an error with a bespoke order please contact us. 

- You will not be eligible for a return if the cost of the return postage exceeds the value of the products/the order which you wish to return.

- Any products, or orders described as non-returnable on this website. 

- We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the 28 day returns period.

5. Refunds. Any refund you are due, following receipt and inspection of returned goods, will be paid minus the cost of the return postage. Refunds will be paid to your original method of payment. However, we may make adjustments to the refund in the event that products are returned damaged and this was not highlighted before returning them. We try and process all returns as quickly as possible, but please give us 7 days to process your return. You should receive a confirmation email when this is done. After this, it may take up to another 7 days for the money to get back to your payment method, as this depends on the banks' processes. At certain times of the year, the process time will be longer, like around Christmas and public holidays.

6. Wrong/Faulty item(s) received

Please contact us within 28 days from the delivery date with full details of the wrong item(s) that you have received and we will investigate this for you. When contacting us, please also provide a clear image showing the wrong or faulty item(s) so we can better help you.

7. The item is damaged

Please contact us within 28 days from the delivery date so we can help you. Please include a photo of the parcel/item packaging showing any signs of damage so that we can better understand the problem and help you further.

8. Can I exchange an order?

No, we do not exchange items. In the event you change your mind, you can return an online item for a refund only. For details on how to return, please check the Returns section above. If you want to try a different product following the return you will need to start a new order. â€‹

- Legal obligation: we have to collect or use your information so we can comply with the law. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.

3. How long we keep information. We will only ever keep and use your shared information to fulfil your order. We do not store or keep any payment details on file and we are fully regulated by Wix's Terms and Conditions who is our website's platform provider.
